Registration policy

If you are the first author of one (or more) accepted abstracts, you are required to pay one conference fee for each accepted abstract in which you are listed as the first author. As an example, if you are the first author of three abstracts, you shall pay three conference fees.
If you are co-author of one (or more) accepted abstracts, you are not required to pay any fee, unless you wish to attend the conference.
If you are both first author and coauthor, you need to pay one conference feee.
If you are a panel convenor, you are expected to pay the conference fee for attending the conference, in accordance with the fee overview.

The registration fee includes:

the oral presentation of an abstract in a panel session;
access to all conference activities (keynotes speeches, symposia, panel sessions, etc.);
open access publication of your abstract in the conference’s book of abstracts (details to be provided later);
open access publication of your paper in the conference’s ISBN-provided Book of Proceedings (details to be provided later);
certificate of participation (after the event) and electronic invoice.
